Welcome to the Cabarrus County Register Of Deeds remote access site.   In the interests of better serving the citizens of Cabarrus County and the other users of our office, we have enhanced the website to create a more efficient site that can be used by more of our users, including those users using Apple products and other Non-Windows operating systems.

In order to accomplish these goals, we have changed the imaging controls for the site.   The controls are software that allow for the viewing and printing of the digitized documents and plats.  These changes require all Windows users to download these new ActiveX controls the first time they use the new site.  This download will occur automatically the first time the user attempts to view an image.
