Full System
(Indexing and Imaging Combined Retrieval)
Land Record Indexing Data - January 1, 1983 - February 5, 2010; Plat Indexing Data from 1901 thru current Land Record Imaging Data Available: January 1, 1983 (Deed BK 553 ; Deed of Trust BK 455) - February 8, 2010 (Volume 9054) Financial Statement(UCC) Data Available: January 1, 1995 - June 30, 2001 (Image is not Scanned) This System allows access to land record indexing information by searching on the following fields: grantor and/or grantee name, instrument number, or book and page. Once the search results appear, access is granted to view and print all available images by clicking on the "image" icon next to the indexing search results. If the image has not been digitized and is therefore unavailable, no "image" icon will appear. |

Imaging System Only Land Record Imaging Data Available: 1792 (Deed BK 1 ; Deed of Trust BK 1) - February 8, 2010 (Volume 9054) Plat Book 1 - Plat Book 58 Page 55 (January 5, 2010); Condo Book 1 thru current This System allows retrieval of deed book images by entering the appropriate book and page numbers. Documents may be both viewed and printed from this system. This system is intended to be used to allow a searcher to bypass the indexing search process if book and page information is already known. |
